It was a beautiful day to distribute 75 Vegan Food boxes to our fabulous Las Vegas community!! We love this work and our community ❤️❤️

Another amazing day with the best volunteers in Las Vegas! We gave our community 80 Vegan Food Boxes today! Thank you to everyone who showed up!!

Quality Control at the LasVegan Food Pantry 🫑😅

Many of our recipients have commented on how beautiful the produce in our boxes are! Now, deformed produce needs love too #misfitsproduce but we pride ourselves on not letting nasty veggies sneak into our grocery boxes. If we wouldn't eat it, we wouldn't share it with our community! We have a compost box where we throw yucky produce during distribution, and we take it to All Friends Animal Sanctuary. What ever the animals can eat gets fed to them and anything that is too rotten or moldy is composted on site! ♻️🌎

When we heard this audio we thought it was a great way to showcase the variety of produce we have to sort through at distribution! You never know what you're going to find 😅🥔

✨ Volunteer Spotlight ✨
Say hello to Greg! He is originally from Boston MA, he works at Suncor Stainless, and he is the world's biggest Star Trek Fan! 🖖🏼🛸 His wife Jessie discovered the LasVegan Food Pantry and Greg felt it was a great way to give back to the community he now lives in. Greg loves his new life of being vegan, and he could happily live at Tacotarian and eat all of his meals there. Greg loves distributing grocery boxes to people! Fun fact: He is a former death metal musician 🤘🏼🎶 Thank you to Greg for being such a dedicated and hard working volunteer!
